A FURTHER FACT THEY NEVER MENTION is that the low pH’s of about 7.8 are associated with the NUTRIENT RICH UPWELLING CURRENTS that sustain the richest fisheries production. The areas of LOW pH upwelling regions represent 5% of the total oceanic waters while they produce 25% of the global marine fish catch.
